  • You may certainly ask! If the project isn't aligned with our vision, or we don't feel it's a good fit, we can probably refer you to someone who might be a better fit.

  • We rarely do in-person meetings these days, and tend to work with clients that prefer working virtually. If your project could benefit from an in-person meeting or workshop, we're happy to make exceptions, but if we need to travel far to get to you, we'll need to ask for travel compensation.

  • We’re happy to help! If you’d like to add a Naming Workshop to your project, just let us know during the discovery call. Please note that this may extend the overall timeline.

    If you’re not ready to move forward with the workshop, we recommend holding off on selecting a placeholder name. Logo designs are often closely tied to the brand name, so a simple swap later on is unlikely to work seamlessly.

  • We prefer to work with Squarespace, Shopify, and Webflow, each offering powerful, flexible solutions depending on your needs. Squarespace is perfect for beautifully simple sites with easy content management. Shopify is our go-to for robust, user-friendly e-commerce. And Webflow allows for highly customized, scalable designs without sacrificing ease of use.

    While we’re no longer taking on WordPress projects, we’d be happy to connect you with trusted designers in our network who specialize in it.
